Madalyn had just graduated high school and was looking for full-time work when she saw an ad for a helper at a custom cabinet and furniture shop. With a natural love for creating—especially painting and wood burning—she jumped at the opportunity. She started by assisting with sanding but quickly picked up new skills, learning to build, finish, and install pieces. A fast learner, Madalyn has become a valuable part of the team.
